The renovation process begins with a thorough review of the property including detailed takeoffs as well as interviews with property owners, representatives, designers and architects. At this point, a line item bid is compiled.

We assign an on-site Project Manager that will manage your project from start to finish. We conduct daily meetings with our subs and weekly scheduling updates with the staff and ownership. We apply our leadership skills to plan and direct the project team towards success. We tailor the type and level of our services to fit the unique needs and requirements of each client and project.

Actual renovation can be as complex as demolition down to the base structural components, or as minor as replacement of new carpet, wall covering and paint. Frazee Inc. excels at both.

Major brand hotel renovations have been the company’s core business; however, niche Vacation Ownership renovation projects have been embraced and are now a part of the services offered. Vacation Ownership property renovations are similar to hotel projects and have become a growing segment of the company’s renovation services. Vacation Ownership's require the same attention to detail as any other aspect of the hospitality industry to ensure the renovation doesn’t disturb other guests of the facility. As a Vacation Ownership contractor, Frazee Inc. provides the services to make your Vacation Ownership renovation upgrade a success. Historically, the Vacation Ownership renovation projects have been major flag properties but are now expanding to include other Vacation Ownership.

Independent and Assisted Living renovations are a unique market and present challenges not found in other markets, including strict health-related regulations, Infection Control Risk Assessments, negative air pressurization and attention to ADA compliance. Additionally, the full-time residents of Assisted Living residences must be shielded from renovation and restoration activities. While this aspect differs greatly from the hotel environment where rooms are vacated in anticipation of renovation, Frazee Inc. has succeeded with the Assisted Living renovation and restoration market and continues to see growth. We have successfully renovated both independent and Assisted Living facilities for key players in the industry and are expanding again to include other properties in a growing geographical area and increasing demand for this type of renovation.
