Charles J. (Chuck) Frazee

CEO

Charles J. (Chuck) Frazee founded Frazee Inc., a hospitality renovation company, in 1976 and established its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1990 Chuck launched a regional office in Orlando, Florida. Originally started as a carpet installation business, Chuck has guided Frazee in its current form to one of the premier hospitality renovation companies in the world. Today Frazee Inc. handles the entire renovation process, from vendor selection and project management to complete financial oversight. Frazee Inc. provides renovation services to prestigious hospitality businesses operating under recognizable corporate flags. Chuck’s vision as a pioneer revolutionized the methodology of renovation in the hospitality business. Changing the normal process from multiple contractors working under the supervision of a property owner to a full-service, turnkey approach focusing on room and corridor renovations is evidence of Chuck’s commitment to service. The company’s thirty years of consistent growth with long standing clients as well as new business is proof that the method works. Under Chuck’s leadership, Frazee has completed renovations for four and five star properties such as Hyatt Grand Cypress, Hyatt Atlanta, The Brown Palace Hotel and The Wigwam Golf Resort and Spa. Chuck received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University, Youngstown, Ohio. When not at work, Chuck enjoys playing golf, boating and spending time with his four children and eight grandchildren. Chuck and his wife currently reside in Orlando, Florida.

Clark W. Frazee

President

Clark Frazee joined Frazee, Incorporated in 1987 and has played an instrumental role in contributing to the overall company successes. As President, Mr. Frazee is responsible for the operations and budgetary oversight of the Orlando, Florida corporate office. He has provided leadership, and experience for all aspects of project development of all sizes and types. Mr. Frazee graduated from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama in 1987 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance Management.


Danny Frazee

Vice president, Operations

Danny Frazee has been with Frazee, Incorporated since 1983. Mr. Frazee is responsible for operations and budgetary oversight of the Orlando, Florida regional office. He heads the new client development team and maintains existing client relations. Mr. Frazee provides leadership, and experience for all aspects of project development of all sizes and types. Mr. Frazee is the recipient prestigious 2005 ARDA (American Resort Development Association) Award.


Alexander Frazee

Executive Vice President

Alexander joined Frazee, Incorporated in 1996 after graduating from Georgia State with a degree in Business Management. Mr. Frazee currently holds his Florida, Hawaii, and Utah General Contractors licenses. Mr. Frazee’s duties include project management and development, estimating and budgeting. He is responsible for coordinating the activities of subcontractors, procurement of construction materials and budgetary oversight on a multi-project level.


Pamala C. Taylor

CFO

Pam Taylor joined Frazee, Incorporated in 1976 and was responsible for accounting, purchasing, project bids, development, management, and client relations until 1990 when she left to pursue her accounting degree. Mrs. Taylor achieved her CPA and returned to Frazee, Incorporated in 2005 as our Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Taylor has been instrumental in developing our internal & external systems to support our staff and client base. Mrs. Taylor graduated from Georgia State University in 1989 and obtained her CPA in 1995.


Rich Parent

Senior Project Manager

Rich has been with Frazee Inc. since 2011. Previous to Frazee, Rich worked as an officer of a large Civil General Contracting company. Rich is a US Army Veteran, achieved a BS in Accounting from USF, holds a State of Florida GC license and has over 22 years of construction experience. Currently Rich focuses on estimating a large number of jobs for Frazee Inc. (focused especially on the Hawaii area), in addition to running multiple jobsites at a time.


Jeff Emery

Jeff has over 34 years of hotel renovation experience. He started with Frazee in 1983 as project superintendent working at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. Jeff has worked for Frazee Inc in various roles but in general has provided final proposals, scheduling to meet Owner’s deadlines, billing, change order processing and managing all Sub- Contractors from start to finish of his projects.
